Shipping Policy

Shipping :

Domestic shipping: (within the United States)

We ship orders by USPS. All orders will be shipped out within 2-4 business days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) after your order is processed. Domestic shipments are typically in delivered within for 2-7 days.

 

International shipping: (outside the United States)

We ship orders by USPS. All orders will be shipped out within 2-4 business days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) after your order is processed. International shipments are typically delivered within 6-12 days.

 

Please be certain that your address and contact information is correct. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost associated with lost packages and/or packages returned due to incorrect delivery information.  We will automatically e-mail you the day your order is shipped out with a tracking number and estimated date you should receive your package.  Your tracking confirmation will come directly from USPS . All refused packages will incur the cost of the original shipping, the cost of the return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee. Currently we do not ship to a P.O. Box. In certain occasions when we ship your order, we may need to confirm some information with the card holder. This policy is put in place to protect our customers from fraudulent charges.

All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address. Please allow extra time for your package to clear customs. Currently we cannot ship to a P.O. Box at this time. Due to customs and shipping time you may have a delay in receiving your order.

Customers requesting a shipment outside the U.S.  may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. Please take note that Millionaire Edges has no control over these charges. You will be responsible for these fees. Contact your local customs office for further information. If your package is returned to us for unpaid customs charges, we will you a charge a 20% restocking fee. Shipping via USPS First class, (standard shipping), arrives in 6-12 days, or USPS International Priority, arrives in 4 -5 business days. USPS Priority international mail

Shipping Cost:

Shipping charges will automatically be calculated at the time of checkout.

Lost or damage during transit:

In the event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier to assist with opening a claim. Millionaire Edges is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
